This week's FU is being given out by author, columnist and new media entrepreneur, Arianna Huffington, who by all accounts is a person known for upsetting the status-quo, stimulating conversation, and spurring change.
Huffington, a Cambridge University graduate and author of twelve books, was named one of the 25 most influential people on the web by Business Week. Her political blog. The Huffington Post, is one of the most highly read news sites on the web, garnering over 8 million visitors a month.
I had the privilege of meeting and chatting with Ms. Huffington through the Transatlantic Network 2020, a British Council cross-cultural initiative. We talked about her own transatlantic journey, what her first experiences in the US were like, and what adjustments she had to undergo.
